IPv4 Transfers Available Between APNIC And LACNIC

According to an article published by The Internet Address Registry for Latin America and the Caribbean (LACNIC), it will start processing inter-RIR IPv4 Transfers. The inter-RIR IPv4 transfer policy of LACNIC is compatible with the inter-RIR IPv4 transfer policy of APNIC and represents that APNIC can start to process IPv4 transfers among APNIC and LACNIC regions.
